When you submit our cruise inquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, province, trip preferences (dates, destination, group size, cabin and budget preferences) and any notes you add. We also record standard technical information (IP address, browser type) and, where present, advertising attribution parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers) so we know how you found us.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your cruise inquiry, prepare personalized recommendations and, where you separately opt in, to send occasional marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and advertising measurement
This site can use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Microsoft Advertising measurement tools to understand site usage and measure our advertising. These tools receive events about how the site is used — never your name, email address, phone number or form notes. You can decline measurement cookies via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer; the site works fully either way.
Where your data lives
Inquiry details are stored on our secure systems and shared with our email delivery provider solely to send you the messages described above. Some providers may process data outside Canada.
