What does double occupancy mean?
+
Double occupancy means exactly two guests are booked in one stateroom. The group prices shown on this website are per person based on that two-guest room arrangement.
Is the displayed price per person or per room?
+
Per person. A stateroom for two guests costs approximately twice the displayed figure, before taxes and fees.
Can I book a room for one person at this price?
+
No. Solo-occupancy pricing is different and must be quoted separately — request a custom quote and we’ll confirm the current solo rate.
Can three or four guests share a room at this price?
+
No. The displayed price is based on two guests in the room. Third- and fourth-guest fares vary by sailing and cabin and must be quoted separately.
Are children included at the displayed rate?
+
No. Child fares are not automatically the same as the adult group fare. Tell us your children’s ages and we’ll quote the actual family arrangement.
Why must the cruise be booked more than 120 days before departure?
+
Revolution Travel Group’s group space must be booked while the sailing is more than 120 days from departure. A sailing exactly 120 days away is no longer eligible for promotion as group space on this site.
What happens when a cruise is fewer than 121 days away?
+
It automatically stops being promoted here as a group offer. We can still check current public Royal Caribbean pricing for that sailing — just ask.
Are taxes and fees included?
+
No. The displayed group rates do not include taxes and fees. Where our data includes the tax amount, we show it separately next to the price; the exact total is confirmed when we quote you.
Is the price guaranteed?
+
No. A displayed group rate is a reference price, not a confirmed reservation. Prices and inventory remain subject to availability until a specialist verifies the live rate and you book.
Which cabin categories are available?
+
Group space is limited to specific cabin categories on each sailing — each offer shows the category its rate applies to. Other categories can be requested at prevailing rates.
Can I combine the group rate with another Royal Caribbean promotion?
+
Not automatically. Group rates and Royal Caribbean public promotions have different conditions, and combinability varies. We’ll tell you which option is genuinely better for your dates.
Can I choose a specific cabin?
+
Often, within the available group category — subject to what remains unassigned. Tell us your preference (deck, midship, connecting) and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Is a deposit required?
+
Yes, group bookings require a deposit, and deposit and payment rules vary by sailing. We confirm the exact schedule before you commit.
Can a family book connecting rooms?
+
Frequently, but connecting rooms are limited and may fall outside the group category. Request family pricing and we’ll quote the actual room arrangement.
How do I confirm the actual price?
+
Submit the inquiry form on any offer (or call us). A Revolution Travel Group specialist verifies live pricing, availability, taxes, fees and deposit requirements — usually the same business day.
